These Terms govern your use of Novi, operated by streamflow. Contact us at dev.eva.woods@gmail.com. Read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use Novi.
You may use Novi only if you meet the age requirements imposed by applicable law and any age restrictions shown for the app in your region. You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are a minor and the law permits you to use Novi, your parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and provide any required permission. You must not bypass applicable age restrictions.
Novi provides interactive stories, fictional characters, role-play, choices, saved progress and AI-generated content. Available features, models and content may change. AI responses may be inaccurate, inconsistent, biased or inappropriate. Characters and events are fictional; the app is entertainment, not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Do not rely on generated content for decisions that require professional judgment.
Novi can assign a guest account linked to credentials stored on your device. Protect access to your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling or changing devices can result in loss of access; do not assume a guest account automatically syncs or can be restored through Google sign-in. Contact support before removing an account containing purchased credits. Purchase recovery is subject to ownership checks and available transaction records; it is not a promise to restore all consumed credits or story history.
Novi offers one-time consumable credit packs through Google Play. These packs are not recurring subscriptions. The purchase screen shows the available pack, credit amount and Google Play's local price before you confirm. First-purchase offers may be limited to one per Novi account. Payment-pending or unverified orders do not grant spendable credits until verification succeeds.
Credits are a limited right to use eligible Novi features. They are not money, a deposit, an investment or a transferable currency, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where law requires a remedy. Purchased and bonus credits are recorded separately. Standard credit batches currently have no scheduled expiry; any future offer with an expiry must disclose it before purchase or acceptance and respect applicable rights.
Before a chargeable generation, Novi displays a quote and may reserve up to that amount. For eligible story modes, the final charge reflects the base fee, selected options and actual output length under the displayed pricing method, up to the quoted maximum; unused reservations are released. A failed generation releases its reservation. A result awaiting reconciliation may require completion of that process before the balance is final. The same transaction is not charged twice simply because payment or request processing is repeated.
Check the quote before submitting. Prices for future requests may change, but an accepted request uses its recorded quote. A recovered result may complete an earlier request; this does not promise every failure can be recovered. Report incorrect charges with the relevant request or order reference.
You may request a purchase refund through Google Play or contact dev.eva.woods@gmail.com for assistance with an unfulfilled or incorrect purchase. Google Play's refund procedures and applicable consumer law govern your rights. These Terms do not remove mandatory refunds, withdrawal rights or remedies for defective services. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase and your applicable legal rights.
Refunded, reversed or disputed transactions may require reconciliation of the associated credit entitlement. We may temporarily restrict affected spending to prevent further inconsistency while investigating. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Do not use Novi to exploit or sexualize children; generate illegal sexual content or non-consensual intimate material; threaten or harass others; promote violent extremism; facilitate fraud, serious harm or unlawful activity; expose private information; or infringe another person's intellectual-property rights. Do not bypass safety controls, steal credentials, attack the service or abuse billing and promotional offers.
Use the Report option on a work where available to flag problematic content, or contact dev.eva.woods@gmail.com with a description and relevant work or generation reference. Do not resend illegal material in a report. We may review reported content and related records, remove or restrict content, and suspend misuse, with notice and an opportunity to contact support where appropriate.
You retain rights you hold in material you submit. Submit only material you own or have permission to use, and avoid unnecessary personal information. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, transmit to service providers, display and, when you expressly choose publication, distribute that material to operate the requested features and moderate misuse. Private inputs are not made public merely because you generate a story.
Generated outputs may resemble other outputs and may not qualify for copyright protection or exclusive ownership. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, accuracy or freedom from third-party rights. Your use of generated material must respect applicable law and others' rights. Novi's software, branding and licensed works remain the property of their rights holders.
You may stop using Novi at any time and request deletion through Settings → My Information → Delete Account, or through the external deletion instructions. Deletion removes access to progress and credits associated with the account, subject to required transaction reconciliation and any mandatory refund rights. Resolve pending charges or refund questions before deletion where possible. Returning to the welcome screen or uninstalling is not a server-account deletion request.
We may restrict access for material breaches, legal obligations or security reasons. Any handling of unused purchased entitlements on discontinuation must respect applicable consumer law. Contact support to contest a restriction or discuss outstanding purchases.
Services may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, safety or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning fraud, serious misconduct, personal injury or defective digital services.
Material changes will be communicated appropriately before they apply where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or rewrite an accepted purchase. If a concern arises, contact dev.eva.woods@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. You retain access to courts and consumer remedies available under applicable law; these Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory rights.
